The Gardenia Room:
$30/hour with a 2 hour minimum
Access to the kitchen is not available with this room.
The Magnolia Room:
$45/hour with a 2 hour minimum
Access to the commercial kitchen is included.
Weekend Rates
Friday - Sunday
The Gardenia Room:
$60/hour with a 4 hour minimum
Access to the kitchen is not available with this room
The Magnolia Room:
$95/hour with a 4 hour minimum
Access to the commercial kitchen is included.
Remember to include time for set-up and clean-up in the amount of rental time you need!

Packages include rental of entire facility (Magnolia Room, Gardenia Room & Commercial Kitchen)
Ensures you’re the sole renter during your time of event vs. anyone else renting the other room or adjoining room.
4 Hour All Rooms Weekend Package: $550 for 4 hours, $100 each additional hour (Value: $380 + $240 = $620) Magnolia Rm, Gardenia Rm + Kitchen.
